I have the honor to report that the name of Polley Branch does not appear on the Hospital Register

A freedwoman named Dolly Branch admitted October 1st 1866, from Powhatan Co. with Dropsy from Heart Disease, and cancer and who died Sept. 3d 1867, is the nearest approach to the name mentioned in the communication returned herewith - .
