Respectfully returned to Brig Genl O Brown AAA Genl, The state of the weather may be stated as one reason why the children were not moved some days since and another reason was the effecting of proper arrangement in regard to rations before they left their present place of comfort.
Dr Brower had order yesterday to remove them immediately
