Norfolk, Va. January 25th 1867.
I hereby certify that on the third day of January 1867, Mr. A.L. Hill was elected President of the Norfolk Building Fund Association in the place of Mr. W.H. Turnery it being the annual meeting of the stock holders of said association for the election of officers.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto affixed my signature, this the twenty-fifth day of January A.D. eighteen hundred & Sixty Seven.
