Sir,
I have the honor to request an order for the admission of two insane Freedmen (David Green and Henry Howards) to the Howards Grove Hospital with transportation for them and an attendant (Jack Jones) from Farmville to Richmond Va and return for attendants.
These men had not been admitted to the Hospital at the time requested an order from you some days ago for an Insane woman.
