Stone Sub Assistant Commissioner Petersburg, Va Major, In reference to the communication of Bvt Lieut Colonel J.W. Jordan asking that some of the buildings at Farmville, owned by the Bureau be turned over to the Colored people for Church purposes, the Asst. Commissioner directs that you forward to this office a report stating the purpose for which the Buildings at Farmville are occupied.
