B. 104 Vol 1867 Bur Va WRAPPER Bureau Refugees, Freedmen & Abandoned Lands, Head Quarters, [[strikethrough]] Superintendent 2d District [[/strikethrough]] 2d Sub. Dist State Va, Petersburg, Va, May 11th 1867 Respectfully forwarded to the Assistant Commissioner Disapproved! There are in my opinion no favorable buildings at Farmville that can be given away without jeopardizing the welfare of the hospital. All the Government buildings there are now appropriated to the interests of the negroes for hospitals and schools; with this I am of the opinion they should be content without importuning the Government for absolute possession of Public property J.R.
