remove from the dwelling house now in the joint occupation of the said parties of the first and second parts, and the said parties of the first part agree and bind themselves that on or before the 18th day of March 1867, they will give up the possession of the said house to the said party of the second part, and in consideration thereof the said party of the second part agrees to pay to the said parties of the first part the sum of twenty five ($25) dollars and the costs of the unlawful detainer suit instituted in the county court of Fairfax Co. in the name of the said Harriet Brown alias Harriet Follin against said Cannon.
