To all this, having no other authority, I am constrained to reply as best I can, only in mere words. This bitter, defiant spirit, it is my firm conviction should be crushed and humbled. In view therefore are of all these facts, I would most respectfully suggest that some appropriate action in the premises, as per above, is most earnestly to be desired.
