Franklin County to Wit

To William B. Cook Constable of said County

Forasmuch as Ann E. Woods has this day complained on oath before me John I Saunders a Justice of the said County that Polley Smithers of the said County did on the 7th day of March 1867 threaten to shoot one Ammon Turner a servant employed by the said Ann E Woods and required surely of that place of the said Polley Smithers. I command you in the name of the Commonwealth of Virginia forthwith to apprehend the said Polley Smithers and bring her before me or some other Justice of the Said County to answer the said complaint. 

Given under my hand and Seal this 9th day of March 1867.
