In Fauquier County Court.

In consideration of the sum of sixty dollars this day paid to me in hand by Brooks Scott as attorneys for Ann J. Tracy I hereby agree and bind myself to relinquish all claim in law or equity to the possession of the premises in controversy and do further agree that the verdict [[/strikethrough]] of the [[strikethrough]] rendered in the case on yesterday agreed.
