William H Anderson and made oath that he verily believed there is in the possession of Ann J. Tracy or under her control three bonds containing material evidence for him in the trial of the suit of unlawful detainer now pending in Fauquier Co Court in which the said Wm. H. Anderson plaintiff and the said Ann J. Tracy is Deft, The first of said bonds is signed by said Wm. A. Anderson, C. Featon Anderson, Alfred B. Anderson each for the sum of two hundred dollars for Rent for Rockhill Mill property for the year 1867, and is payable on or before this 1st day of January 1869 and 1870 and each for the Rent of Rockhill Mill property the one for the year 1868 and the others for 1869, The said William A. Anderson being principal obliged in said three bonds and the other obligers sureties.
