The barrack is amply large for any use of Mr Dixon His servants & employees with their families can be comfortably and easily quartered in the upper story while the six rooms below should accommodate himself and wife and two or more teachers This arrangement will wholly disconnect him & his schools from Bureau and military officers and their duties, and give him entire control of as much building rooms as he can possibly need even should he triple his past corps of teachers, and will prevent his family or school being disturbed by any one connected with the government
