Respectfully returned with the information that I called on the within named parties. Norris is a blind man & has lost one leg, has been abused by Dobson & family Each claiming the other has violated the contract - but as Mr Lowe of Richmond, Register at large at the time for Fauquier Co. drew the contract - they were anxious that he settle the difficulty between them. It is a case for the civil authority to settle
