11. Amount which would probably be raised by the Freedmen, for school purposes, in each destitute neighborhood? I think the Freedmen could pay such teacher Fifty dollars per month & Board, unless the crops should have a failure

14. Could you organize Sub-District into School Districts, each with a School Committee pledged to carry on school therein? could

16. What is the public sentiment as to the education of the Freedmen and Poor Whites? The sentiment towards colored schools I think is improving on exhibition of the colored schools here was held here on the evening of the 26th inst which was quite well attended by some of the most influential white citizens of the town

19. How long with Northern charitable aid be need for Freedmen and Refugee Schools of your District? Charitable aid is not tendered to any schools in this District
