17. Are Night-Schools for Adults needed in your District? Yes In what way could be carried on? By having the necessary school books and teachers furnished the schools would no doubt be well attended 

18. What more can this Bureau do for education the children of Refugees (or Poor Whites)? Nothing

19. How long with Northern charitable aid be need for Freedmen and Refugee Schools of your District? For the present year at least
