Respectfully returned to Gen Brown AAA Gen — with the remarks that I desire to consult with him personally - with reference to the moving & erection - of a building at Warrenton - heretofore referred to for schools purposes - Also the propriety of changing one or two officers from their present locations to others in the Dist. that I desire to be enlightened upon several changes which have been made by exception of the officers manual and other matters - which to Gen Brown may seem unimportant but to me of importance
