I have the honor to request Transportation for Evelinea - (a destitute Freedwoman who has no relatives to care for her) - from Culpeper C.H. Va to Gordonsville Va for the purpose of being admitted to Hospital for medical treatment  She will not disclose the name of the man upon whom the responsibility of her illness should be fixed  She hired herself to a family here by the name of Bell by misrepresenting her actual condition.
