right & title rent cannot be collected by the Bureau, and it seems unnecessary to carry it longer on the Report of Abd Lands. I therefore recommend it be dropped. The matter has not been reported before because the house was occupied by Mrs Russell, and I have been in hopes of getting the back rent. She has now vacated the building and Mrs Beal is in possession.
