apprehensions of sound and disposing  mind, memory and understanding, and that they respectively subscribed their names as witnesses in the presence [[crossed out]] of each other [[/end cross out]] and at the request of the testator and in the presence of each other.  And Betsey C. Mason the Executrix named in said will in like manner made oath that this is the true and the only Will and Testament of Thomson F. Mason, decd. that has come to her hands, and that she knows of no other.  Whenenfrom [[?]] Letters Testamentary were by the Court granted her, without security as required by Testator.

In testimony whereof I hereby subscribe my name and affix the seal of said Court this 5th December 1866.
