I have the honor to report that those arrested & held to bail in the sum of $50. each to await the action of the Commanding Genl..
Mrs. Virginia Clinedinst & Miss Ophelia Clinedinst for assault & battery on the person of Maria Moore (Freed) aged 13.
This is the third time the same family (Clinedinst) have attacked this girl - and in the morning of the same day that I arrested them, the husband of Mrs V Clinedinst was bound over to keep the peace towards this same girl
