the street.- About 12 oclock, a patrol came down in charge of Sgt Nichols  This guard behaved badly - in breaking ranks and thrusting their bayonets at citizens and were boisterous and annoying to the citizens.- These troops have not been under thorough discipline since they came here - We have had no serious disturbances until they came to this Post between the races for the past year, until that is this occurred.- although several small difficulties have occurred since the troops came.
