I. Chas P. Janney, Clerk of the County Court of Loudoun County in the State aforesaid hereby certify that the title to a tract of land situated in this county North East from Aldie, adjoining the lands of John F. Allen & others & containing about 365. acres, has its title vested in Jonathan W. Nixon, as is shown by the land records of my office.
