that in the presence of almighty God my faults to you and what was done was in private and secret and no mortal living can ever kept a more orderly house than I did which my Boarder will testify to at any time and I do think that I am as much intitled to my Licens as any one in this County if a man or woman does wrong once it is no reason he should twice and if we er and solemnly repent why should we not bee forgiven as god says repent and you shal bee forgiven There fore I ask forgiveness of man asked the Court for Licens the money in the Lawyers hand to pay for them he as a Boarder has to testify that he had never seen anything wrong since here he had bin and that he must say that he thought it rong to refuse me Licens as I am about to be over powered and troden down by People that I know as well as they themselves know I tried Superiors any time if they will look at home, as now my Dear Sir as you are the maler and controler of this State and the Rebs there in I will as you to give me the orthority to do Business as I have before, take Boarders sell liquors and keep order Dell Kimball and wife has visited here ever since he came to the County he will certify that I am intitled to my License if you Dear Sir will give me the liberty you will let me hear from you you the return me if not Sir return this letter to me let no one see this respectfully
