Paulson Charles
States he was a slave of E. J. Paulson and was sold to Frank Bull who gave his bond for him after he was freed by Genl Lockwood, Mr Bull refused to pay for him. Paulson sued Bull & got judgment against B - who had to pay the money. Mr Geo T. Garrison thinks was free when Bull bought him. the money was Charles' and not Paulson. ask the Bur: to attend to the matter
