15th Question. Has he had any bodily disease from suppression or evacuations, eruptions, sores, injuries or the like? And what is its history?
Answer - None that I know of. 

16th Question - What curative means have been pursued and their effect and especially the depleting remedies and to what extent have been used?
Answer - No remedies have been applied since he has been delirious.
