L.B. "A" 77

Thomas C. Tabb presiding. the jury found a verdict of guilty, but in consideration of the long term of imprisonment allready suffered by the prisoner he was reccommended to the Mercy of the Court. The Judge reserved Sentence and on 15" May, he was again brought before him and sentenced to (3) three months imprisonment from date of Sentence. I respectfully submit that Judge Tabb has in this instance committed an act of Injustice in this sentencing a prisoner to confinement for (3) three months for the trifling sum of (75) Seventy five Cents, when he has allready been confined about 3 months and reccommended by the Jury to the Mercy of the Court.

Very Respectfully
