Be it remembered that on the 6th day of August 1867 personally appeared before me, Morton Havens Lt and Mil Commissioner, Pennie Vincent, Samuel Vincent, and Jesse B Dudley of the County of Princess Anne, and acnowledged themselves each to be amply and fully satisfied with reference to a certain suit pending between the said Pennie Vincent and Jessie B Dudley. And they and each of them having amicably settled said suit do desire the same to  be dismissed.
