In compliance with your instructions contained in letter of the 2nd inst to report "which buildings are required in Norfolk Va, by, the Episcopal Commission and what accomodations they have at present", I have the honot to inform you that I have seval times requested Miss Smith Supt. Episcopal Comr. Schools to inform me what buildings & accomodations are required, She declines to furnish the information stating that she wished first to consult, the asst Commr. in peron on the subject.
They occupy at present the Baptist Curch, Methodist Church and a room in a house on Catherine Street, which is accounted for as a store room.
