Case No. 8. James Thomas, Freedman, beaten by Mr B Cankenship. Result, the complainant withdrew the charge made. 
Case No. 9. Rox Coles, Freedwoman, beaten by Mr John Overton Result case investigated and dismissed as trifling. 
Case No. 10. Henry Tuggles, Freedman, beaten by Mr Jas Fulks. Result case investigated and dismissed provocation proven.

Case No 1. Louisa Young, Freedwoman, beaten by Mr R.A. Stokes Result, complainant not appearing, case dismissed. 
Case No 2. Abernathy Freedman, beat & stabbed by Mr H Cox. Result, owing to neglect of Justice to place Cox under bonds, he ran away from County & cannot be found.
Case No 3 Chester Fulks Freedman, his house forcibly searched by Bead White & other citizens, case presented to Grand Jury in person, and insisted on an indictment, which was found against parties, will be tried at Oct Court. 
Case No 4. Washington Brown Freedman, house forcibly taken by McKeuger. Case heard by Asst Sup'dt under S.O. No. 41. Asst Coms'r and decided that house be returned to Freedman.
