Calls attention to the fact of there being in the 2nd Dis't an unassigned agent, namely Col John Burke  Also calls attention to his letter of the 28th ult. in regard to his assignment. Also calls attention to the need of some agent being assigned to the counties of Dinwiddie and Prince George.
