I have the honor to enclose herewith Letters of the following named parties concerning a certain horse, claimed to have been taken from Simeon Camby of Appomatox Cy Va. by Wm. O. Hix. of same County and given to Thos Marshall (since dec'd) of Charlotte Co. Va. J. B. Marshall residing at Petersburg, Va. J. P. Matthews near Prospect Depot P.E. but in Appomatox Cy W. O.
