States that in the year 1866 Maj Crandon then Supt at Gordonsville Va with the consent of her mother, bound out Mary Ella Steward to Mrs Strange of that place. The Mother Catherine Steward now wishes to annul the indenture and have the girl returned to her, says she was intimidated while binding her out.
