These expenses covered on a/c for [[G?]] a portion only of which was used in connection with these crops - and he also claimed pay for labor performed in November 1866 in connection with a Wheat Crop for 1867 in Which Plaintiff had no interest | That the parties in this settlement must confine themselves to the obligations imposed by same, and that no a/c for expenses could be brought into said Settlement, unless it could be shown that said expenses were necessary to advance the interest of said Crops. 
Ordered
 That the accounts of sales of said crop be produced, and a settlement, made in accordance with said contract, which was made in the Office of the Commissioner on the day & date aforesaid |
