In compliance with Circular Letter of Aug 5. 1867. Off. C.Q.M and D.O., Bu R F &c Va, I have the honor to request authority to rent the following rooms and building required for Bureau purposes, viz: — 

√ Building at Petersburg Va, owned by Robt Clark, for stabling one Bureau horse, at a rental of $5.00 per month.

√ Room at Farmsville Va. owned by H.P. Brightwell, for use as Office A.S.A. Comr. 6th Div. 2d S Dist. at a rental of $8.33 per month.

√ Room at Amelia. C. H. Va, owned by Jno A. Graves, for use as Office A.S.A Comr, 5th Div. 2d S Dist Va. at a rental of $5.00 per month.

√ Room at Burkesville Va. owned by Jas. Lacey, for use as Office A.S.A. Comr. 4th Div. 2d S Dist Va, at a rental of $10.00 per month.

√ Room at Charlotte C. H. Va. owned by Jno. T. Brown, for use as Freedmens School Room, at a rental of $5.00 per month.
