I have the honor to apply for Transportation from Burkeville Va, to Farmville Va For Camelia Wynne a sick and destitute freed girl aged 10 yrs, And one attendant. She is in such a condition that it would be impossible for her to travel without such Attendant, I desire to send her to Freedmans Hospital at Farmville, The Overseers of Poor of Lunenburg Co, having made no provision for sick paupers.
