States, that he has endorsed an application to the Gov. of Va., for the pardon of Henry Jenkins, (Col'd) who was tried at the Chas. City Court, for felony, convicted and sentenced to the Penetentiary for four (4) years. Application for pardon, is made by his Counsel, John P Peirce of New Kent Co.
