convenient to come down here and see for yourself the condition of Mr. Taylor's farm and the inevitable result of your recent order in relation thereto if it is to be understood that Captain Austin can give no compulsory aid to remove the occupants but that Mr. Taylor must resort to the [[strikethrough]] Court [[/strikethrough]] Civil tribunals for relief in each of the 100 and more cases that will arise.

Hoping that you may be able to come down I forbear for the present entering more fully into this matter. Simply observing that without the efficient aid of the Government in removing the occupants the Farm and its valuable appendage the Fishery will I fear be entirely lost to Mr. Taylor -
