Several of the bond included in the class which appears upon the face to be the individual obligation of Alfred Boyd are in fact the legitimate debts of the said firm of A Boyd & Son having been executed for money which went to the credit of the partnership as did the proceeds of the obligations of the same charicter provided for in the second class of this Deed. The half interest of A Boyd & Son in the Steam Saw Mill the Trustee is authorized to sell at such time and upon such terms as he may think proper and also at his discretion the interest of A Boyd & Son in the real estate hereby conveyed, and the Trustee is hereby authorized and empowered with a view to this end to take the necessary steps to adjust any unsettled question between the said A Boyd & Son and the aforesaid Mark A Burnett in relation to said land. The Store of the said A Boyd & Son the Trustee is authorized and directed to keep open as a Mercantile House until the stock of goods shall be so reduced
