All the right title interest and Estate of Sanford J. Ramey and to all that House and lot of land situated in the Town of Leesburg and County of Loudoun in the Eastern District of Virginia and Bounded on the East by King Street on the North and West by the land of Henry F. Harrison and on the South by the land of George M Ryan together with all the goods and chattels and personal property of the said Sanford J. Ramey in and upon the said premises} CONFISCATION.
And now at this day came S H Chandler Esqr United States District Attorney and suggests to the Court the death of the Respondent Sanford J. Ramey and thereupon

On motion of the said S. H. Chandler It is ordered by the Court that the libel [[strikethrough]] and all proceedings herein be dismissed[[/strikethrough]] in this cause be dismissed.
