Encloses applications of Mary Margaret Young sister of Chas Young (decsd) late of Co. "K" 37th U.S.C.T. and Mary Ford sister of Hardy Ford late C "E" same Regt: for Retained Bounty and requests that the money be sent to Sav. Bank, and Norfolk. Samuel Barber Co "G" 38 U.S.C.T. also requests that his R. B. be sent to the same Bank. These parties can be addressed to Box 452.

Asks for information in regard to R.B. as there are several parties who are entitled to it. but do not know how to apply for it as Genl Balloch has stopped the payment of the same to Claim Agents.
