Captain
I regret to be obliged to send back this report for additional information. It is necessary to know in what manner each farm is held, whether as "abandoned," or "confiscated," and by what authority, when it can be ascertained. It is also necessary to know the name of the reputed owner. Farms often go by the name of some former owner, with these exceptions, the Report is all right.
