"be forwarded to Hd: Qrs: Dept of Va", with the least possible delay" I have the honor to report that I am unable to furnish the information called for, until reports are recieved from the Several District Superintendents. These reports to have been call for, and will be forwarded to Head Quarters as soon as received,
