Dist Supts will have collected by the Freedman all the bones lying on the ground, employing for this purpose So far as practicable. those who are dependents on the Government for Support, They will at once Contract for the Sale of Such bones. forwarding such contracts to these Head Qrs. for approval. The Freedman will rec'v so much per ton for all bones collected by them.
