Captain, John Richardson and Jordon Morris both colored, state that Lucy T. Boles (white) formerly living near Chickahomania River, Hanover County, left by her will certain land and money for the above parties. Trustees appointed were. Mr. Nathan Crenshaw near Ground Squirrel Bridge; Louisa Road. Mr. Chastain White two miles from Ashland on Fredericksburg Rail Road 183 Dr Fleming L White (living with Chastain White) was appointed by the Court as Curator. The applicants state that the Trustees say that the will is lost, and that the Trustees seem disposed to keep them from their rights. Official Garrick Mallery √ A.A.A.G. (615) Richmond, Va. Septem 19th 1865 Dickinson Jonathan Market Square Norfolk, Va. Your communication of Septem 16th was duly received. An application made by Martha B. Parish, dated 10th August, was forwarded to Captain A.S. Flagg on the 14th August, and has not yet been returned. Captain Flagg's office is now in Norfolk. There will be no difficulty in obtaining the property if the application is accompanied by the papers called for in General Order No. 19 dated 16th Septem 1865 from these Hd.
