In reply to your Communication of 30th Septem'r 1865, giving the number of the Districts that had not sent in their estimates for the Quarter ending 31st Decem'r, I have to inform you that the estimates of the 8th and 9th Districts, were sent you this morning. - that the 6th Dist, has sent in an estimate for stationery and do not require any thing else. - That the 5th District has been annexed to the District of Columbia. -
