220 (731) - Telegram - Richmond, 5th October, 1865. - Wilder Captain C.B. A.Q.M. and Supt. &c. Fort Monroe, Va. The following telegram has been received. - War Department 5th October, 1865. Captain Wilder may sent it provided he arranges the rental in such way as to reimburse from proceeds of the farm all outlays - The Secretary of War is disinclined to risk a reversal in case of lease, You may lease for a year where there will be undoubted control for the next six months. - By order of Major Genl.
