I have the honor to call your attention to the following. In September you receipted for 39 Shipping Halters to Captain Flagg, he has dropped that number from his Q.M. Return.  The Copy of invoice with Your abstract E. reads 31 Shipping Halters, which number you have taken up in your Return, leaving 8 to the accounted for by You. An early Answer is Requested.
