Garrett Washington (Colored) wishes to discover the whereabouts of his wife Rose Washington, formerly Rose Mouton; and son James. They were sold into Amherst County about 3 years ago by one Charles Bullard, of Orange County. The child James is about 4 years old. Please have enquiries made, and report the result to these Head Quarters
