I am directed by Maj Gen. Howards to inform you that it is desire that the lease made by Mr Edward Hantly, to Jas H White of the farm, Situated 6 miles north of Eastville, formerly owned by James Warner, Should be respected. The lease is from the 1st day of January, 1866. until the 1st day of January 1867. If any Hospitals are being erected on this place, they will be removed elsewhere, a Reasonable time for the removal of Patients, if any are there, will be allowed. Very Respectfully Your Obt Sevt.
