I am directed by Maj Genl Howard to inform you that the property known as the Wise Estate in Accomac County Va. now used as a hospital for freedmen, will be retained in possession of the Bureau. under the provisions of Circular No.20. C.S. untill complete provision can be made for the freedmen, now upon it.
